At EXT Fashion, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!
1. Eligibility for Returns
• Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.
• Sale items or custom orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Us: Email us at erica.thisell@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if the item is defective or damaged.
2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and the return shipping address.
3. Ship the Item: Please securely package the item and include proof of purchase or your order confirmation.
3. Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or damaged.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
• Sale or clearance items
• Custom or personalized orders
• Items not in their original condition or that show signs of use
